He has received numerous awards and honors from various organizations and institutions for his exemplary achievements and service to the community.

Association of Social Welfare and Development Officers, Inc. conferred to Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan its coveted Hall of Fame award as Outstanding City Mayor for highly urbanized cities in the delivery of social welfare and development programs in the city.
